"I’m always disappointed when I miss the win, and that’s the case here because I feel I missed something. In a few weeks, I’ll probably be happy with the race I just had, but right now, it’s too early. At this moment, it’s disappointment. I felt, from the start, that I was in good shape. I felt it on the bike all day, except when I found myself alone at the front. That was tough [smiles] but I realy had good sensations. When Oliver [Le Gac] came back, it’s played a crucial role in the end. He did a great job for me, I’m actually sorry because I didn’t manage to finish the job. Normally, I don’t have the right to miss a sprint like this."
